Following a Hurricane, I am always reminded of what a fantastic team of awesome, dedicated, and hard-working cleaners, assistants, maintenance, and office staff we have!

THE STATS on 105 doors:
✓ All owners contacted by 7pm Wednesday to confirm we would be securing their properties.
✓ All units secured and all in-place guests contacted by 3pm Thursday.
✓ All in-place guests contacted after the storm, all vacant units inspected, and most owners contacted before 1PM Saturday.
✓ All owners contacted by 6pm Saturday.
✓ Hundreds of messages and phone calls from current and future guests answered and returned.

This is how we do it, and we have consistently beat even on-site management to inspect, report and reopen EVERY. SINGLE. STORM, not to mention local offsite companies that don't even bother.

We would love to help you if your current property management team isn't doing the same for you.
