Day Sails for up to 6 or Romantic overnights for two on a sailing yacht in the Northwest. Cruise on HOBBES is extremely comfortable on the water.

HOBBES is Frank & Karen's beloved 42 foot Catalina sailboat which has been in the Sound since new. We acquired her in 2011 and have enjoyed many cruises around the Sound since. We have sailed and motored (wind is fickle) around the Sound for just a day or a week at a time. She has all the amenities for cooking and sleeping aboard and we have actually lived several summers entirely aboard her. We l

ove to share our beloved craft with others and this is the culmination of that. This new adventure, chartering her out, is simply an extension of our love for sharing adventure with others. HOBBES is completely comfortable for up to six guests for a day, sit down meals for four guests, or overnights for a single couple. Our preference is for the multiple overnight. As many know, sailboats don't go fast. In order to actually journey somewhere, it takes time; and LIFE IS ABOUT THE JOURNEY! We can very comfortably accomodate a single couple and would like to make that a romantic experience for them. Cruises may start in Tacoma (recommended) or pick-up from some other convenient locations. Please give us a call or drop an email and we will tailor a trip around you.
