We came out to visit my good friend Shayne and explore Fort Worth by bike. We rode a big stretch of the Clear Fork Trinity River Trail, visited the Fort Worth Water Gardens, and caught the cattle drive at the Stockyards. We also checked out the Botanical Gardens, the zoo, and spent time in Sundance Square — all in all, we put about 40 miles on our bike tires!

To top it off, we joined a historic rally/ protest with the amazing people of Fort Worth, Texas. Tomorrow we’re heading to Dallas to watch the Cowboys take on the Redskins at AT&T Stadium. It’s been an unforgettable and eventful week!
