Saturday October 16 - Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at The Candlelight Pavilion Dinner Theatre $125 *Includes Lunch

The biblical story of Joseph and his coat of many colors comes alive in the musical retelling. Joseph -- the favorite son of Jacob -- is blessed with vivid dreams that foretell the future. Sold into slavery by his jealous brothers, Joseph endures a series of adventures which challenge him to his core. Soon he finds himself belonging to Potiphar, whose wife makes advances toward Joseph and ultimately land him behind bars. However, news of Joseph’s ability to interpret dreams sparks the interest of the hilariously Elvis-like Pharaoh. Soon, Joseph is out of jail and well on his way to second-in-command. Eventually Joseph’s brothers find themselves unknowingly groveling at the feet of the brother they betrayed. As they fail to even recognize him, Joseph tests their integrity. He ultimately reveals himself and the brothers are reconciled. A truly timeless Old Testament tale, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat is set to a multitude of musical genres, spanning from country-western and calypso to bubble-gum pop and rock and roll.

Continuing our Sierra Nevada Fall Colors Tour scheduled for Oct. 4-8th...It's Day 4!

Following an included breakfast, we'll visit Bodie State Historical Park, known as one of the best-preserved ghost towns. We'll be joined by a step-on guide who will bring the place back to life with stories of a time when its streets were filled with miners in search of gold. Once a population of 10,000 people, only a small part of the town survives today. Interiors remain as they were left and stocked with goods. You'll enjoy an included lunch at Whoa Nellie Deli before embarking on the June Lake Loop. Tucked away at the base of 10,909-ft Carson Peak, the scenic 14 mile June Lake Loop is a mountain hideaway. The area has been attracting outdoor enthusiast and nature lovers dating back to Hollywood's discover of June Lake in the 1920's. It's also an incredible place for a fall color scenic drive. We'll pass by June Lake, Gull Lake, Silver Lake and Grant Lake as you take in the vibrant grovers of yellow and orange fall colors. There will be plenty of photo stops along the way, so have those cameras ready! We'll return to Mammoth this evening for dinner on your own in the Village.

It's Day 3 highlighting our Sierra Nevada Fall Colors Tour scheduled for Oct. 4-8th.

Today, we depart Chukchansi with a stop at Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias, where you'll see the Grizzly Giant and California Tunnel Tree. We'll continue on to the 620ft. tall Bridalveil Falls before arriving at the Tuolumne Meadows Visitor Center. Here you'll witness the beauty of Tuolumne Meadows, the largest subalpine meadow in the Sierra Nevada with an included lunch at the Tuolumne Meadow Grill. We'll continue east through the Park making photo stops as we travel over the Sierra Nevada via the Tioga Pass, the highest highway pass in California (elevation 9,943 feet). This is truly a spectacular journey that has to be seen to believe. We'll visit Mono Lake and the Mono Lake Visitor Center, home to trillions of brine shrimp, millions of birds, and world-famous tufa towers. Dinner is on your own this evening in Mammoth prior to arriving at the Empieria High Sierra Hotel for a two-night stay.

It's Day 2, highlighting our Sierra Nevada Fall Colors Tours. Today we ride the rails through Sierra Nevada's majestic tall trees in open cars on the historic, narrow gauge steam train, Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railroad. Upon return, an included Conductors BBQ Lunch awaits. After lunch, we'll do some extensive sightseeing with a local guide in Yosemite Nation Park highlighting the Yosemite Valley with sightseeing to include El Capitan, Half Dome, the tall pines and the spectacular water falls. We return to Chukchansi Gold late this afternoon with the balance of the evening at leisure.

Hi everyone! I wanted to wish you all a Merry Christmas and say THANK YOU, from the bottom of our hearts for sticking with us during this crazy time. We attempted to restart some tours but unfortunately the 3 December tours we had scheduled were ultimately canceled. We're trying to staying positive in hopes that the excitement to travel will return again next year. In the mean time, stay safe and have a Merry Christmas.
