Here's your reminder that every vacation doesn't have to be seven days long. 👀

Sometimes a 3-night Orlando weekend is exactly what you need.

If Disney is the priority, I'd build it something like:

🏨 Friday: Arrive + Disney Springs dinner
🏰 Saturday: Full park day
☀️ Sunday: Resort morning + another park or Disney Springs
✈️ Monday: Breakfast + head home

Short enough that you don't need an entire week off…

but long enough to get a little Disney magic in. 💜

✈️ ONE DISNEY PLANNING MISTAKE I WISH MORE PEOPLE KNEW ABOUT…

Trying to do EVERYTHING.

It's so easy to look at the price of a Disney vacation and think:

We need to get our money's worth.

So suddenly you're rope-dropping, racing from ride to ride, squeezing in every reservation and staying until the park closes…

…and everyone is exhausted by day three. 😂

A good Disney vacation doesn't have to mean checking every attraction off a list.

Sometimes the best memories happen when there's actually enough room in the itinerary to enjoy where you are.

That's something I take into consideration when helping families plan—the goal isn't the most Disney.

It's the Disney vacation that works for your family. 💜

Every September 1st, Harry Potter fans around the world celebrate Back to Hogwarts Day—the day students board the Hogwarts Express at 11 AM and head back to school. 🚂✨

But now imagine celebrating it with a trip to London. 🇬🇧

🍴✨ One of my favorite parts of planning a Disney trip? THE FOOD.

And with EPCOT Food & Wine officially underway, this is the time of year when I start seeing dishes and immediately adding them to my “must try” list. 😂

But here's one Disney planning tip I think people underestimate:

Don't wait until you're standing in EPCOT to decide what you want to eat.

Festival booths add up FAST—not just in money, but in stomach space. 😂

I like looking through the menus ahead of time, picking the things I absolutely don't want to miss, and then leaving room for something that catches my eye once we're there.

And here's the thing about HHN—

It's not just haunted houses.

It's the atmosphere.
The scare zones.
The food. 👀
The people screaming five feet away from you while you pretend you're totally fine. 😂

One of my favorite things about planning a Disney trip is realizing there's SO much more to do than just rides. ✨

Food & Wine is the perfect example.

You can spend the day eating your way around World Showcase, trying something you've never had before, catching entertainment and somehow convincing yourself that walking around EPCOT cancels out everything you just ate. 😂

And honestly? Sometimes the FOOD ends up being one of the things you remember most about the trip.

Every time I see this statue at EPCOT, I think about what it must have felt like to be Walt Disney—the dreamer.

Before there were castles, monorails, resorts or millions of families making memories here, there was simply an idea.

A dream of creating a place people hadn't experienced before.

And I think there's something pretty special about that. 💜

Sometimes the best things in our lives start the same way.

A thought.
A “maybe someday.”
