Once upon a December evening in downtown Warsaw, the lights on the square began to twinkle, the parade lined up, and the doors of the Shupert House—after a couple years of love and restoration—swung open for a night filled with holiday cheer.

🎄✨ This year’s Christmas on the Square feels extra special… because for the first time, the Shupert House is fully furnished, finished, and ready to welcome everyone in.

We started this journey as newcomers to Warsaw, slowly bringing each room back to life. Now, seeing the house cozy, styled, and glowing for the holidays feels a little bit magical. 💫

We’ll be hosting an open house before and after the parade — stop by, warm up, and wander through the newly completed spaces. I can’t wait to share this chapter with you. ❤️

Shupert House revisited ✨
We kept putting this project off… honestly weren’t sure we’d ever tackle leveling the entire brick patio. But WOW am I glad we did!
This backyard feels like a whole new space, and I cannot wait to welcome guests—and maybe even host a few events—out here. 🤍🌿

If these old Warsaw walls could talk, they’d have stories for days—and we’re adding a new chapter. 🙌 Cabinets are in, a few fun furniture finds made their way home, and the main bath is prepped for a fresh coat of paint.

As a local realtor, it feels extra special to be renovating one of the original homes here in Warsaw. Every time I walk through, I can already picture family gatherings, holidays, and cozy evenings spent here. Honestly… I might be talking myself into moving in. 🏡💛

Making big progress at the Shupert house! 🛠️ The shower is nearly done, paint is going up, and I’m absolutely loving the historic colors—especially the Eastlake Gold trim in my office. It may not be what you’d expect, but it fits the house so well.

So many of you have asked about this project as it’s been unfolding—when it’s finished, I’d love to open the doors and let everyone take a peek inside. Who’s in for a tour when it’s ready? 🏡✨
