🚀 WHY I'M STILL HERE 10 YEARS LATER... 🌍✨
People often ask me why I've stayed with the same travel company for an entire decade.The answer is simple...Leadership matters. Legacy matters. People matter.
Every month, our founder, David McCovy, takes time to personally pour into every one of us. He doesn't just celebrate the top travel bookers and team builders—he recognizes the entire community, shares wisdom from his own journey, challenges us to dream bigger, and reminds us why serving others is the foundation of lasting success.
But what touched me the most during this month's Founder's Call was something even bigger...❤️
Gratitude.
Several times throughout the meeting, David paused to tell us how thankful he is that we're part of this Better-Than-AMAZING company. Think about that for a moment. How many founders of a multi-million-dollar company take the time every single month to sincerely thank their business partners for believing in the vision and helping build the dream? That kind of leadership can't be measured by revenue alone.
Building a successful company is one thing. Building a culture where people feel appreciated, encouraged, valued, and inspired to become the best version of themselves is something truly special.
Ten years ago, David had a vision to create an opportunity where ordinary people could build extraordinary lives through travel.
