Braintree Adventures

Braintree Adventures We are a boutique eco-tourism travel network of outdoor enthusiast serving small groups and individuals with exciting adventures. Members are the key.

The Braintree Adventures Network is based on "3 Degrees of Separation." So you are only 3 people away from anybody or anything you want to know or do. In short, he is the man, that is next to the Man, that is next to the MAN!! So how does this page work and what you need to do. First off "Like" the page at the top. Then go to "Photo" and select "Albums." Inside the album section you will find albu

ms related to various outdoor activities. Look through, comment, like, and get some ideas. The captions are funny and photo have good information. If you would like to post some photo from your adventures please feel free to do so. Please make sure you put the photo in the correct album. If we do not have a album category please feel free to create a category. If it falls into the wrong album, do not worry we will move it for you. Events...you got one then post it on this page. You got an adventure you would like to invite some new folks to then this is your page. You got a group trip (large or small) the event section is for you. The events just need to be adventure related but not restricted to adventures only, we do like to party...outdoor style with some kinda adventure before, during or after. And folks fundraising events involving outdoor adventures are very welcome. The event section and page is a great place to let folks know you got a space available for an upcoming adventure. So please let us know and invite us to come along if it is okay. So take a look at their profiles and send a friend request if they appear to be doing things you do or want to do. This is the key to it all. This is the 3 degrees of separation. Remember, you only invited to join this page and if I am your friend then other will be more than willing to be your new friend. But hey, no telling crazy stories about me. lol

The general posting is up to you guys. So forums, how to, advise, recommendations, and stuff to help someone along the way to a great adventure is more than welcome and expected. I will also be monitoring the sit to keep it fresh, simple and easy to use. I will be glad to help you in the right direction to meet other or folks outside the network that can help you with an adventure. If they are on the outside, then we need them on the inside. So please, make yourself at home, post some pics, events, videos, and start stirring up interest for your next adventure. Oh....the name Braintree. Think about that one. Who do you know in your brain that someone else would like to know....and so on. A Tree of Adventure is Growing. Take care

Russell Fleming.... Russell Fleming!!!
What a pain in my ass you were...Wanting to film me for the “dang chair report”. He grew on me. He became infectious with his happy. Some say he introduced lots of black folk to the sport of skiing, they were partially correct. Russell introduced and retained lots of people to our sport and made them feel welcome from day one.
He was an ambassador for PSIA-AASI, he aimed high. Russell didn’t ski the level 3 standard in my group at an exam two years ago.
He walked up gave me a hug and whispered “love ya Wiz”
I think his standard was higher than ours. He always aimed high.
Our cultural and political chats were always spirited:)
They were usually spurred by me correcting his grammar on his social media posts. Russell: “Wiz, you tryin to get me talk right or white” Wiz: “yep”
Russell Fleming, you were a gift to your family, to your friends, to our sport, to our industry, to our ski school AND you became a friend to me.
On that one day, you didn’t ski the standard... But in life, YOU WERE THE STANDARD!!!!
(In a whisper, to your spirit) “Love ya Russell”😪❤️✊🏽⛷

Landed at Turn of River Lodge last night after nice drive from DC to Killington. The River greeted us with a beautiful wine tasting that lasted till midnight. Some of our guest enjoyed the wine while wrapped up in front the fireplace, Christmas Tree and soccer game. Lol

Off to Okemo to ski, then off to meet up with the caretakers to open our Private Pro Jam Boot Camp Lodge this afternoon.

Here is some new and replacement Tech I added to my tuning gear. The 2 most exciting additions are the Evo Pro Edged (2 passes and done). And the DPS Phantom glide process (never wax skis again).
Put a video on both below:
