As this is a vacation rental, I usually post of happy things. Today is different. Bill Holloway, so much more than a handyman, problem-solver extraordinaire who creatively met every challenge I threw his way, and was a friend, is gone. I will miss him deeply.

Anyone who watched the transformation of the house and property over the last few years saw his work.

I hope heaven has the best fishing spots.

Had a film crew at Love Point Idyll today shooting video for a commercial for Giant Foods, our regional grocery chain. They shot at the beach and at the dock of our pond.

I think I will get a copy of the commercial. If so, I’ll post it. There was a lot more video shot in Baltimore and other locations.
