Here is a question for y'all. I spend many many hours each week grading what appears to be a never ending pile of assignments. How do you manage your grading? I have been told not to grade everything, but lack of grades results in students not taking work seriously. Thank you!

We all see many many blogs, pages, pinterest, lesson plans geared towards elementary schools, leaving us wondering where all the secondary level educators are. We are building a network of secondary level teachers. If you would like to be a part of the network and meet other secondary level teachers across the country, or possibly across continents, please fill out the form below. Our goal is to easily increase connections with other secondary level educators who have fabulous tips and success lesson plans to share. Last week was the first week back. I was disappointed to see that my 9th graders are lacking in grammar. I have to teach subjects and predicates along with homophones, punctuation, along with other grammar lessons next week. Does anyone else have this issue!?
