Going to whip up some delicious purées for the upcoming week. Love food shopping for baby! This is the time that they are the least pickiest. Take advantage of make they're first year of eating an adventure full of fresh tastes.

All organic produce. Also some organic frozen fruits & veggies. If the fruit you want isn't available organic in this season, check the freezer! Those organic fruits were picked in season and frozen so they're a perfect next option! 😊

Be sure to treat your baby to a rainbow of delicious foods. Here's a traditional yam & purple sweet potato purée

Sweet Potato Purée
•scrub organic sweet potato well
•roast 45 min (longer if needed)
•allow to cool, then spoon potatos off skin and into blender
•add water as needed for desired consistency
Ta-da!

Squash Purée •wash organic squash•cut in half vertically•spoon out the seeds•roast at 425 for 45 min (until easily pierc...
