We provide thoughtful world-class airport travel assistance by taking advantage of our experience in the travel industry and our knowledge of the local airports and personnel. We have developed collegial working relationships with the airlines, FBOs, Transportation Safety Administration (TS

Our Story

Perq Soleil provides VIP arrival and departure meet and assist to executives and celebrities, families, groups, and passengers with medical or other special needs, with fast-track through immigration, check-in, and security. We offer in-terminal services such as shopping and lounge access, and can coordinate transportation to and from the airport. Formed in 2011 in Washington, DC, Perq Soleil began by providing VIP airport passenger concierge service at Washington’s Dulles International Airport (IAD). With the success of that operation, service soon expanded and now offers concierge service at airports around the country. We are able to service most airports both domestic and globally through a network of affiliates. Our service is ideally suited to passengers desiring expedited and hassle-free travel. Fundamental to our business philosophy is relationship. We strive to truly understand who our clients are as people and the extent of their needs and desires. We are intentional about learning their interests, likes and dislikes, the reasons for their travel, how much time they have, what they do for a living, and so on. That knowledge informs our agents so that they can provide the best possible service for each person. The level of research and thought we put into serving each of our clients significantly enhances the time they spend traveling. Perq Soleil’s experience in concierge service has prepared us to anticipate, plan for, and evade challenging situations before they arise. Whether a client is late for a flight, a passenger has several hours before her next connection, a VIP has no airline lounge membership, or a celebrity is trying to minimize interaction with fans, our agents have the knowledge, resources, intuition, and skills necessary to ensure the client’s interests are protected and that his or her needs are met in a positive, expedient, and hassle-free manner. From our clients, to airport personnel, to airport concessionaires, to contracted service providers, to airlines, to TSA agents, our goal is to create longstanding relationships built on trust, professionalism, hospitality, and good citizenship.
