Been awhile since I've smoked a brisket. 13 pounder at 250 took about 8.5 hours to get the flat to 195. Cubed the point for burnt ends. Turned out great.

Went home during lunch and threw on a couple pork loins, ham, and potatoes. Set-up my CyberQ WiFi and was able to control the pit temp and monitor the meat temps online while at work. Hit the loins with a quick sear once I got back home. Turned out great.
