Music To Grow On is an established organization with over 25 years of experience dedicated to transforming lives through music therapy. We partner with more than 20 school districts, providing services to over 100 students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Additionally, we offer direct services to over 100 individuals and facilitate more than 65 groups across educational, mental health, and long-term care facilities. Due to increasing demand and a substantial waiting list, we are seeking to hire multiple Board-Certified Music Therapists to join our expanding team.

💼 Position Responsibilities:
Provide professional music therapy services tailored to the unique needs of each client.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation and actively participate in team meetings.
Serve as an advocate for music therapy within interdisciplinary teams.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) credential required.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Music Therapy
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Self-starter who thrives independently, yet values team collaboration
Confident advocate for the power and effectiveness of music therapy
