Tackle tip. All I can say is WOW!!! Spot lock is a game changer. I noticed immediately, I was fishing more, covering areas better, and putting more fish in the boat. Definitely. my best investment for fishing. Instead of catching 1 or 2 off a spot, I was dissecting areas with multiple baits and maximizing the amount of fish I caught. It's a big investment, but well worth it.

Tackle tip of the day. It's August the night are getting cooler. You will find bass in the thickest vegetation. The vegetation holds the heat from the day. The bait fish will also be there. Warmth and food a great combination to find fish. The fish have seen a lot of presentations all summer long. It's time to change it up to get a few more bites. The expected presentation will still work, but think outside the box to catch a few extra. Sometimes this means change your colors, up or downsize your bait. Put treble hook baits in the weeds, change your cadence a lot to trigger bites. You have found the fish, now stay persistent to catch them. Tight lines my friends.
