•First video is from last week. This is lowkey my new favorite squat variation because it involves a surprising amount of core.

•Next three - a lot of the popular glute exercises focus on the shelf (glute medius) but this hits that cuff (maximus) and outer hip/thigh area. This one goes HARD! If I tried to go one more set (did 3 on each side) I would've been shaking like them influencer videos lmao. As you can see by the regular hack squat video legs were donezo after these. Then he went and added 30 more pounds 😭

•That RDL form though 🤏🏽🤏🏽🤏🏽. That proper hinge saves your back folks!

You ever read a book that had you locked in the entire time then when you get to the last page you want to throw it across the room? This is that book cause ma'am what you mean I have to wait for part two???? 😭 I DMd the author so fast! Can I get a lil sneak peek or something 😩😩😂.

But for real, this book is SO good. If you like Kennedy Ryan you'll enjoy this. Aaaand the author is the sweetest lady right here in Montgomery that I had the pleasure of meeting recently due to that sweatshirt everybody loves lol. It's on Kindle!

I'm a week late but I wanted to thank everyone for all of the birthday wishes! The past 7 days I've been off of social media more than normal and being more intentional about being in the moment which meant I didn't document majority of the goings on. When I tell you my crew showed ALL THE WAY UP for me this past week! Starting with dinner and drinks with my Mermaid, to lunches and dinners with various friends, sip and paint with HusBae, Skating with my sisters and kids, brunch crawls with my In-Laws and friends, to ending with watching Harry Potter with adult 👀 hot cocoa in PJs on an air mattress in the middle of my Sissy's living room floor. Sometimes I get so caught up in the daily grind of life and business that I don't take time to just sit down and soak up the love but my people made sure that I felt every ounce of it. They just don't know how much they healed me this week! 🥹 Thank you all from the depths of my soul for loving on me and reminding me that I'm not just mother, wife, business owner, sister, friend, cousin, daughter, granddaughter, etc.
I'm Queen Suga, Chelly, Mom, Laila🌺, Michelle, Sissy, Kaihyla, Sunshine, Snickerdoodle, Babygirl, and I deserve to be loved on fully and enthusiastically and without guilt. 🫶🏽
