The Fallen Soldiers Table

Never forget that while we enjoy our daily pleasures, others have endured or may be still enduring the agonies of pain and internment.

We call attention to this small table which occupies a place of dignity and honor.
The tablecloth is white, the purity of their intentions in response to their country’s call to arms.

The single rose in a vase signifies the blood they may have shed for our freedom.
The slice of lemon signifies their bitter fate.
The salt reminds us of the countless tears of family as they wait.
The glass inverted; they can’t drink with us today. Raise your glass in their memory.
The chair is empty, we miss them so.

📣 Wildlife Show CANCELED This Sat. May 23rd

Due to possible storms Saturday morning we are canceling our Wildlife Show. In the event of light rain we move our shows to the pavilion, but with possible thunder and lightning in the forecast we don't want to spook the stars of our show or put anyone at undue risk.

We hope you will join us at our next show scheduled for Saturday, June 13!

Adventure should be for everyone. 💚 With hand controls and easy wheelchair transfer options, our Eco-Spider SWINCAR lets guests with reduced mobility explore 300 acres of scenic trails, cross a suspension bridge 170 feet above Snake Creek, and share the adventure with family and friends.

Our guides give complete instructions on the use of the SWINCAR and the group practices driving before hitting the trails. We take the time to stop for some great views of Snake Creek Gorge and historic 1800s mill ruins, and we even take free pictures of you and your group at some memorable locations.

Our next show is Saturday, May 23rd.

Join exotic animal trainer, Robin Presley, as she introduces you to raptors, reptiles, mammals, and more. You could meet Earnest T, the black vulture, Boo, the barred owl, and many other fascinating friends!

Time: Shows start at 10:30 a.m.
Cost: $7 per person (children 4 and under are free)
Tickets: Pay at the main lodge before the show, no pre-sales
