11 months of planning.
Two weeks of exploring Germany.

Travel doesn't always go according to plan...
My clients were scheduled to depart on Friday—or so they thought.
When they arrived at the airport, the airline informed them they couldn't check them in because there wasn't enough time to process their international flight. (And Yes, they arrived with plenty of time).

True story. You truly can't make this stuff up.
While they focused on getting through a stressful situation, I immediately went to work behind the scenes:
✈️ Secured seats on a new flight
🚐 Updated their airport transfers
🛡️ Walked them through their travel insurance options
🏝️ Coordinated with the resort since they would miss their first night
💰 Advocated on their behalf to recover the cost of the missed night

Travel is full of incredible moments... but every now and then, there are unexpected bumps along the way.
That's when having someone in your corner makes all the difference. Instead of spending hours on hold or trying to coordinate everything yourself, you have someone fighting for your vacation while you focus on getting where you need to be.

Because the real value of a travel advisor isn't just planning the trip—it's being there when things don't go as planned.
