**ATTENTION HOLIDAY LAKES HOMEOWNERS**

Holiday Lakes Grinder Pump Field Work Update

Jones & Henry Engineers, Ltd. (J&H) will no longer be accepting appointments with homeowners to field locate the planned location for the grinder pump.

J&H crews will now be going door-to-door, If someone answers the door we will meet with them to review the details of the grinder pump station installation; however, if no one answers the door, we will proceed to locate the existing septic tank, observe the anticipated location of the grinder pump and gather information on the electrical service.

Homeowners who were not able to meet with a J&H field crew will still have an opportunity later to provide feedback on the location of the grinder pump and force main lateral. Easement documents will be prepared later for review and filing. The easement documents will show the grinder pump, force main lateral and electrical service as planned by J&H. Homeowners can review and comment at that time.

Attention Holiday Lakes Homeowners:

The engineers from Jones & Henry are available at the Lodge every Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. To schedule your grinder pump appointment, please visit us or call 419-473-9611.

If you can’t attend the appointment in person, a neighbor or friend can be there on your behalf. The engineers just need to be able to reach the homeowner by phone or FaceTime.
