BOOTS ON THE GROUND
I spent last night meeting face-to-face with three Destination Management Companies (DMCs): one specializing in Germany, one focused on Portugal and Spain, and another covering Montenegro and Croatia along with Albania. I also work with an additional DMC that specializes in Croatia and Slovenia. 3 of these 4 I have been in contact with but had not actually had a meeting face-to-face until last night.
