Survived a couple of downpours and a full 18 at one of the nicest courses we’ve played on our travels. Five stars for Hiland Park CC.

Last week I floated the Housatonic River with https://www.housatonicfishingguide.com/. Bert always puts me on a ton of "Smallies" and this float was no different. Over 50 to the net and almost as many more lost or missed. Nothing big but non-stop action from 8:00 to 2:00. I even got one on a popper I tied the night before.

First time in a long time back at Daryl's House to see an Allman Bros. tribute band "Trouble No More," featuring Brandon "Taz" Niederauer. Taz is a 23-year-old guitar prodigy who played with Joe Bonamassa, Warren Haynes, Derek Trucks, and more before his 15th birthday. We've seen the Allman Bros and other AB tribute bands, and Trouble No More is the best by far.

There are no trolls on the island, so you can search around the dock neighborhood for Skydog Adventures stickers.

We took a quick trip to Block Island.  We walked the neighborhood in the dock area and took notes for a return visit.  On the return trip to the RV we stopped at the lighthouse at Point Judith and ate an early dinner at the Back 40. We made it inside just as the rain began to fall for the night.

While in Rhode Island we discovered the wonders of Troll Hunting. Thomas Dambo is a recycle artist with 125 Trolls worldwide - 44 in the US. We found 3 of the 5 here yesterday-Iver Mudslider, Erik Rock and Greta Granite.
