TRAVEL TIP:
Don’t choose a hotel based on the room alone.

Here’s a travel tip I wish more people considered before booking a hotel:

Your room isn’t the whole experience.

Before I recommend a hotel, I want to know:

Where is it located?
How are you getting there?
What’s actually included?
What’s nearby?
What are the reviews saying?
Is it a good fit for the type of trip you’re taking?

A beautiful room doesn’t mean it’s the right hotel for YOUR vacation.

That’s why I don’t believe in recommending a hotel just because it looks good in pictures.

The right hotel depends on the trip.

An experience worth adding to your itinerary!

Instead of spending the whole trip at the resort, consider adding something that lets you actually explore the destination.

This excursion I booked on my girls trip last June. It included ATVs, stop at a market for a sampling, beach visit and the option to jump on a cenote!
