ONE BILL AT A TIME

All I wanted to do when I started this ‘side gig’ was cover my car payment. That’s all.

I thought maybe I can do that.

Guess what? I did that and I actually paid my car off. So next I thought, I want to make enough to cover the mortgage.

That’s how it all started. I slowly started to cover all the bills, one at a time. It didn’t happen overnight. It took time and consistently showing up to do the work, but my so called ‘side gig’ became my full time business.

What would an extra bill paid each month do for you and your family? What about the grocery bill? What about the kid’s sports? How about paying off debt?

S A H M

If you’d told me 4 years ago that I could stay at home with my babies, wear and share these awesome clothes, and make full time 💰, I would have thought you were crazy.

Now I’m over here telling you it’s totally possible and if I can do it, so can you.

I wasn’t one of the first gals to join this company. I joined 3.5 years ago for the discount. I watched lots girls do the things I’m doing now. But I was scared to do that. Then about 2 years ago I finally decided to go for it.

I didn’t have a giant following of people either. I had about 350 friends on Fb when I started. That’s it.

My friends and family didn’t all buy from me to get me going. As a matter of fact, they still make up a small portion of my customers. I built my network, along with my biz, and I have customers all over the country. Most I’ve never actually met but we’ve built a friendship. ❤️

What I’m saying is most of the things people think you have to have first to be successful in this type of business, I’ve found along the way. I’ve shown up on days I didn’t want to. I’ve taken the time to learn from my teammates. I’ve done the work, consistently and purposefully, and it’s paying off. It’s that simple.

I’m not special. I just wanted this to work bad enough to stick with it. I leaned on my team to help me. I took the advice and applied it. And I keep applying it.

It’s not hard, but it ain’t easy either.

It’s 100% worth it. ❤️

UNSTUCK

I think God let’s us get into a tight spot so we are forced to shift. To grow. To find our purpose and get unstuck.

If you are tired of doing the same thing everyday and never moving ahead, you are stuck.

Still broke. Still stressed. Still unsatisfied. Still waiting. Still doubting your potential. Still hoping for a break that’s not going to happen unless you MAKE IT HAPPEN.

BEING
A
LEADER

What does that even mean? Does that mean I’m responsible for other’s success? What if they fail? What if I fail? 😳

I get it. You’re scared.
But listen, you are already a leader in some aspect of your life. Someone looks to you for guidance whether you realize it or not. They are following your lead. It could be your partner, your coworkers, your neighbors, your pets, or most definitely… your kids.

You ARE a leader.

I see people shy away from it everyday. They want to play it safe and just follow. I did it in my own business and the funny thing is, I was already raising 2 babies. Hello?! Did someone say leader???

All of that came from a place of doubt and fear and you have to ditch that junk. It’s holding you back back. As soon as I decided to lean into this role and do it with purpose, everything changed. My business grew, along with my confidence, I become a better wife and mother, and I have the absolute privilege of watching others do the same now.

So own it. Lead by example. Step into the role and lean into it. Serve others by showing them the right way. Do it on purpose, because it matters. Now more than ever.

I’m sitting here working on a training for my girls today, and thinking about this quote. I’m watching this happen in real time and it’s so freakin cool. It’s so fun to watch people hit goals they never thought they’d even have, let alone accomplish!

The Corporate world

I never fit in there.

I hated that no matter how much you gave, you’d only make so much or climb so high up the ‘corporate ladder’.

The people at the top were only worried about making sure YOU worked hard enough so THEY looked good. You did the heavy lifting and they reaped the benefits. They literally sat back and watched you work your tail off.

Nope. Not for me.

You can say what you want about Direct Sales, but no one sets my pay limit, but me. The harder you work this and the more consistent you are is what determines your success. No one else but you.

I’m never going to ask my team to do something I’m unwilling to do. I lead by example.
That’s fair. We all rise together.

That’s what I love about this. ❤️

What are you waiting for???

Once the kids are in school for awhile?

Let me tell you a secret: there is NO PERFECT TIME. No such thing. We are all busy. Life is always crazy. We all have moments that we lack confidence. You can always find an excuse to NOT do something. I’m going to challenge you to find the reasons you SHOULD do this. Every gal in this picture had excuses, but we had even bigger reasons that we should jump on this.

This could be a game changer for you. I want it to be. My absolute favorite part of what I do is finding women that need this. They need the extra income and time with their family, or they need the confidence boost that the clothes give you. Maybe they need the motivation to stay active that comes along with them too.
