2019 Winter Break Global Hospitality students with their cooking teacher Sylvia and the pasta dishes they prepared: Cavatelli al Pomodoro, Ricotta and Spinach Ravioli with Butter & Sage and Tagliatelle with Porcini Mushrooms. These students spent a week in Rome and Florence learning about Italian Hospitality Management.

We are 2 weeks in to the Fall 2018 European Cultural History Tour. There are 19 students traveling around Europe taking 12-15 credits each from Eastern Michigan University. Me pictured here at the Louvre Museum.
