toilet, laundry room and a private pool (10 x 5 m) and parking space for two cars. When you enter the house you will find yourself in the living room with high ceilings & open kitchen. This wide room has a gorgeous triptych window frame with bent glass providing a panoramic view over the Spanish Water Lagoon, Table Mountain and Caracasbaai Beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double door refrigerator with ice dispenser, a Senseo coffee machine, oven and microwave. The three bedrooms are located at the back side of the house.
