Delivery crew wanted: Savannah, Georgia to the U.S. Virgin Islands - 18th October

I have an opportunity for non-professional yacht crew who are highly motivated and looking to build miles and/or experience to join our upcoming delivery of a beautiful Lagoon 77 catamaran down to the Caribbean. About 1200 miles and around 8-9 days at sea.

This is a non-paid position, food costs will be covered, however you will need to make your own way to and from the boat.

After a month away we’re finally back on Lolalita ⛵️ It’s our last few weeks aboard so we’re going to soak up every last minute of it! We sure are going to miss this boat!

It’s finally time to share the news- Lolalita has officially been sold! It’s been an amazing run and we’ve had some of the best experiences of our lives with her! We are so grateful for the previous owners for having given us this opportunity (or shall we say privilege 😉). And we wish the lucky new owners many adventures and the best of times with our beloved Lolalita.

Currently we are taking time off so we’ve traded in a sailboat for a land boat and we’ll be chasing sunsets on the ultimate paragliding/ surfing road trip through out England! We’ve got a new job lined up for 2021 on a gorgeous boat with an out of this world itinerary! Subwings are so fun! They’re underwater wings that are towed behind a dingy that’s moving at 2 kts tops! When you’re under the water it feels like your flying though! With a good breath hold we’ve been able to take these babies up to 50 ft deep. The best thing about subwings is that they allow you to explore more area below the surface than any other method. Who’s up next on the subwing?!

Escudo De Veraguas, one of our favorite places! When we arrived we adventured through the waterways by dinghy and stumbled upon a few hidden beaches like this one, perfectly hidden beneath the lush tree tops, just waiting to be found.

Nurse sharks, sometimes known as the couch potatoes of the shark world 😜, are slow moving bottom dwellers and are for the most part harmless to humans. They’re nocturnal animals, normally found sleeping on a sandy sea floor. But this time it seems they woke up from their midday nap to give us a warm welcome into their neighborhood! 🦈👋
