Snorkel Report – Today’s Best Conditions 🐠☀️
Southside is still the best side as this North swell starts to dissipate today! Visibility may still be a bit churned up but def calmer back side of the islands 🌴
Best Bets on St. Thomas
• Secret Harbour – Calm water, good visibility, and always a solid choice for turtles cruising the grass beds.
• Brewer’s Bay – Looking smooth this morning with nice clarity along the reef edges. Great for beginners and relaxed snorkels.
🐠 Top Picks on St. John
• Salt Pond Bay – Protected and typically clear on south wind days. Watch for rays in the sandy patches.
• Great Lameshur Bay – Good protection, healthy reef sections, and usually steady visibility.
• Little Lameshur Bay – Slightly more exposed than Great, but still offering solid conditions today.
• Rendezvous Bay – Calm and scenic, with decent visibility and fewer crowds.
💡 Snorkel Tip:
Stick closer to shoreline reefs for the clearest water and avoid areas with heavy boat traffic. As always, check wind direction before heading out and keep an eye on changing conditions.
