Hạ Long Bay, in northeast Vietnam, is known for its emerald waters and thousands of towering limestone islands topped by rainforests. Hanoi - Hoa Lu Ancient Capital - Tam Coc - B**h D**g Pagoda (1 Day)

07:45 - 08:30 Get picked up by our tour guide and bus then depart for Ninh Binh province (90 km south of Hanoi). Have a break 20 minutes half way to relax and experience Vietnamese handicraft products such as lacquer wares, paintings, embroideries…

10:30 Arrive at Hoa Lu, which is once depicted the ancient capital of Viet Nam, settled up in the 10th century.

11:00 Visit temples of two dynasties of Dinh and Le with a very unique architectures in the old time.

11:30 Visit the excavation area beside the Le Dai Hanh temple. You experience the vestiges of Royal Palaces ground dated back 10th century. Go back to the bus and drive to Tam Coc.

CYCLING RIDE (optional): Those who love to explore real countryside images of Vietnam can proceed a 40 minute cycling ride along country lane (from Tam Coc to B**h D**g Pagoda, estimated time 40 minutes for 5km cycling 2 ways), experiencing the beautiful scenery of lush paddy fields. Finish the cycling ride at Tam Coc dock in time for a buffet lunch in restaurant.

14:00 Board the sampan boats (2 people share a boat) in Tam Coc dock to drift down the river among the villages, mountains and lush rice fields. Passing through 3 caves "Hang Ca - First cave, Hang Hai -Second cave, Hang Ba - Third cave" to get a strange feeling. Boat returns to the dock for bus drive back to Hanoi.

18:00 Arrive in Hanoi. Tour ends.

Vietnam Ecotour: Hanoi - Trang An Ecotourism Complex - Bai Dinh Pagoda (1 Day)

07:40 – 08:30 Get picked up by our tour guide and bus at your addresses around Hanoi Center then depart for Bai Dinh pagoda and Trang an eco-tourism attraction area (120kms south of Hanoi).

10:30 Arrive in Buddha Sanctuary place of Bai Dinh Pagoda, the biggest one in Vietnam with 500 Arhan statues. You can see a biggest bronze Buddha statue in Vietnam with 10 meters in height, 100 tons in weight. Tour guide also gives you an introduction of beliefs and religions in Vietnam.

12:30 Have lunch in a local restaurant with some special dishes such as goat meat, pork storage vessel….

13:30 Leave for Trang An eco-tourism attraction. You will be amazed by neglected area while having boat trip through cave chains: Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, Sinh Cave…experiencing mysterious views of the so-called “Ha Long Bay in land”

16:00 Get back to the bus and then return to Hanoi.

Pick up at the airport then transfer to Hanoi center.Start hanoi city tour with Tran Quoc pagoda, a Buddhist relic and national heritage lying on the WestLake.Visit Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, the final resting place of Viet Nam’s greatest father; his house-on-stilt and One pillar pagoda – modeled after a lotus flower, a symbol of Hanoi.Relax and have lunch at a local restaurant in Hanoi Old Quarter.

In the afternoon. You have 2 options:

Option 1: on Tue, Thu, Sat and Sun
Visit Temple of Literature constructed in 1070 dedicating to Confucius, sages and scholars. It was also the first university of Viet Nam once.
Arrive legendary Hoan Kiem lake. Visit Ngoc Son Temple dedicated to Tran Hung Dao - General Commander for his struggle against Mongolians.

Option 2:On Mon, Wed and Fri
Explore daily life of traditional ceramics village of Bat Trang. Visit showrooms and see how they model the products. Arrive legendary Hoan Kiem lake. Visit Ngoc Son Temple dedicated to Tran Hung Dao - General Commander for his struggle against Mongolians.Have dinner at the restaurant, come back hotel. Free time to visit Hanoi Old Quarter. Stop at Soi Sim island one hour for swimming, sun-bathing… Do kayaking among hidden parts. Drop anchor in a calm water area, relax on the sundeck at sunset, taste some local wine, fruits. 07:45 - 08:30 Get picked up by our tour guide and bus. After short drive, start visiting first place named Tran Quoc Pagoda, a Buddhist relic and national heritage lying on the West Lake.

09:00 Visit Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, the final resting place of Viet Nam’s greatest father, walking along Ho Chi Minh’s stilt house where he lived and worked from 1958 to 1969.

10:00 Visit One-Pillar Pagoda – the one modeled after a lotus flower, a symbol of Hanoi city.

11:00 Visit the colorful features of the 54 ethnic groups of Viet Nam in the Ethnology Museum.

13:00 Bus takes you to a local restaurant in Hanoi Old Quarter, have a rest and enjoy the lunch.

14:00 Visit Temple of Literature, the most famous temple situated in Hanoi, also functioned as Vietnam's first university. It was first constructed in 1070 under King Ly Nhan Tong and dedicated to Confucius, sages and scholars. A vast structure that has existed to present day.

15:30 Drive to legendary Hoan Kiem Lake, visit Ngoc Son Temple dedicated to Van Xuong saint and former general commander Tran Hung Dao for his struggle against Mongolians. You also see the beautiful Vietnamese and French architecture around the lake.

16:00 Arrive back to your hotel. Tour ends.

14:00 Stop at a fishing village to see local fish-men community and know more about their life. Cruising further to take photos of Halong Bay symbol, a “Fighting cock” rock.

15:00 Visit Thien Cung “Heavenly Palace” cave, the most beautiful in Halong Bay. Get back and cruise more around emerald water.
