🇻🇳 19 NIGHTS IN VIETNAM — ONE FAMILY, ONE JOURNEY, MADE AROUND THEM
What happens when a Vietnam trip is designed around the travellers — rather than around a fixed tour?
For one Belgian family of four, we created a 19-day / 18-night private journey combining culture, nature, local experiences, comfort and plenty of time to simply enjoy being together. Mr. Frederik Gulinck – 19-Night…

💚 BUT THE REAL STORY IS HOW THE JOURNEY WAS DESIGNED
✨ Made around the family
With two teenagers travelling alongside their parents, the journey wasn't packed with sightseeing every day.
We created a rhythm of discovery + relaxation + free time, so the family could enjoy Vietnam without feeling rushed.
🚗 Private & comfortable
Private transportation connected the different parts of the journey, giving the family more comfort, flexibility and time together — without having to coordinate multiple transfers themselves.
🌿 Authentic, not just touristic
We included experiences that bring travellers closer to everyday Vietnam:
local markets, family-run restaurants, traditional artisans, countryside cycling, village life, local farms and cooking with Vietnamese ingredients. Mr. Frederik Gulinck – 19-Night…
🌊 Luxury with breathing space
A 5★ Lan Ha Bay cruise and carefully selected hotels were combined with simple local moments — Vietnamese coffee, cycling through rice fields, walking through Hoi An and relaxing by the sea.
🕊️ Flexibility built in
Some days were intentionally left open.
In Hoi An, the family had a full free day.
In Da Nang, they could choose between a relaxing resort day or exploring Ba Na Hills.
Because sometimes the best part of a holiday is having nothing scheduled.
🤝 One local team, from planning to the journey
Hotels, transportation, cruise, guides, domestic flights and experiences were connected into one coherent journey, rather than leaving the family to manage each booking separately.
🇻🇳 THIS IS WHAT TAILOR-MADE TRAVEL MEANS TO US.
Not simply changing a few destinations.
Not adding more activities.
But understanding who is travelling, what they enjoy, how they like to travel — and what will make their time in Vietnam genuinely enjoyable.
Less time managing logistics.
More time experiencing Vietnam together.
That is the kind of journey we love creating at ViettrendTour. 💚
