DRIED BEEF SALAD (Nộm bò khô)
A colorful with many types of spices and wonderful taste definitely satisfies all gourmets.
The first layer is green papaya and carrot sliced really small like thread. On top of it is spices like mint, basil and some other leaves. Then the layer of dry beef.
Best places for this dish on old quarter area.

This is Vietnamese rice congee, adding salted shredded pork and youtiao (which is long golden-brown deep-fried of dough). Hanoian usually eats this in the morning for breakfast or in the afternoon (especially kids who are out of school by then) and when we get sick. The price of a bowl of Vietmese rice congee is not expensive and i usually eat more than two bowls per meal :3 join our tour and we will help you Vietnamese's snacks :)

These are several types of "bánh rán" which are deep-fried glutinous rice with different fillings inside. The cost for each cake is really cheap, only $0,3 each. However, i can only be satisfied after at least 5 cakes per meal :3 Let's go try this special snack of Hanoi

This is snail vermicelli soup aka "Bún ốc", a very special dish in town which is made of thin snail soup, green banana, fried tofu and various kinds of vegetables. Locals love this dish because of its exquisite taste, maybe you will love it too

It might just be a good memory to Frantisek, Isabella and Emma, but it was really a dream come true for Gr-eat Hanoi team. Despite all the challenges we have been through to transform a vague idea into real stuff, we were so touched and proud to see our hard work has really paid off.
Our first customers were all excited and curious about the exquisite street food of Hanoi. Having tasted many different delicious dishes made them want to find out more about Vietnamese cuisine (What were the ingredients? How the food was made?…). How lovely to see our English and Czech friends enjoying and posting photos of our city's street food!
We hope that there are not just 3 but more and more international friends can have a chance to taste local street food with friendly local people. It's not just about tasting, it's also about experiencing.
