Ride and Camp Event at Thác Hòa Bình Waterfall on February 15-16 (one night).

Join us for an unforgettable weekend camping adventure just a 2.5 hour ride from Ho Chi Minh City at the stunning Thác Hòa Bình Waterfall. This is a non-profit event – just a great way to enjoy nature with good company!

Location
Thác Hòa Bình Waterfall, surrounded by unspoiled nature with beautiful streams, lush green trees, and vibrant flowers. It's the perfect spot to relax, swim, and explore the surroundings.

Camping Options

You can bring your own tent for just 120,000 – 180,000 VND for two people.

If you prefer to rent a tent from the campsite, here are the options:

Small tent (2.1m x 2.1m), for 2 people: 800,000 VND

For up to 4 people: 1,000,000 VND

Medium round tent (4.1m diameter), for 4 people: 1,600,000 VND

For 6 people: 1,800,000 VND

For up to 8 people: 2,000,000 VND

Large square tent (25m²), for 4 people: 1,800,000 VND

For 6 people: 2,000,000 VND

For up to 12 people: 2,600,000 VND

Facilities

WiFi and clean toilets are available at the site for convenience.

We'll buy food together and split the cost equally, or you can order directly from the campsite’s kitchen if you prefer (pay as you go).

Getting There
We’ll ride together by motorbike, but there are other options if you don't want to ride:

You can take a public minibus, or if you'd rather share a private car, I can help organise that, and you split the cost with anyone else interested.

It’s all about enjoying the experience in nature, making new friends, and having fun! If you’re interested, please reach out and reserve your spot now.

What you need to bring: your own towel, swim wear and clothes, toiletries, cash and ID. Good helmets and closed shoes for riding at the bare minimum.

La's Farmstay

Just a short drive of less than 2 hours from Ho Chi Minh City, this farmstay in Trang Bang, Tay Ninh offers a delightful escape. With a nice-looking garden, inviting pool, and decent accommodations, it provides a pleasant setting. Engage in various activities such as archery, fishing, cycling, and kayaking in the adjacent man-made water canal. You can even arrange a BBQ on-site. The peaceful ambiance and friendly, accommodating staff make this place truly enjoyable. Although we didn't inquire about camping options during our visit in July 2023, which was during the rainy season, it serves as a convenient and enjoyable getaway from the city.

Camp spot Cam Ranh: The Sunrise An Thu

It is an underrated location situated in Binh Lap, Cam Ranh. We first visited this place during the Têt holiday in 2020 (then, revisited this Têt 2024), when the pandemic was just starting. It was one of the nicest beaches we have experienced here in Vietnam. This family-owned property allows you to pitch your own tent for 100K per person per night. If you don't have a tent, they offer cabins for rent, starting at 500K per night depending on the cabin size. You can witness and enjoy the most stunning sunrise at this place.

Phan Rang Campsite: Vietnam Surf Camping

We booked our tent at booking.com. I think you can also use Agoda to book. It was a cool spot. They have a restaurant with a nice western menu. Good vibes and friendly staff. The tents were made of bamboo. Inside, there was a bed, fan, plug, mosquito net, mattress (and a hoola hoop lol). It was clean and spacious enough for two people. The campsite not only rents out kite surfing equipment but they also offer kite surfing lessons.

We didn't have the chance to ask the owner if we could pitch tents but we will.

Mui Ne Campsite:
Khu cắm trại: Vườn Dừa Ý Nghĩa, Mũi Né

It's a family owned campsite. The fee is 80K VND (3.28 USD) per person/night to pitch your own tent. 150K VND (6.15 USD) per person/night to rent a tent. The place has electricity and wifi, so you can charge your phone and surf the internet. So no need to bring extra lights and power banks. The campsite has clean toilets and showers. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. They have a menu to order food and drinks.

Mui Ne ❤️
