He provided design reviews to interior consultant to meet Marriott’s branding and design standard and design standards guideline. The imperial Mansion, Beijing Marriott Executive Apartments, offering luxury apartments next to Wangfujing Avenue. Located opposite the Metro supermarket in District 2, this development will change the skyline of the main entrance into Saigon. The Vista offers a total of 750 luxurious units with a truly alluring array of modern facilities. Residents enjoy breath-taking panoramic views of the Saigon River and the city skyline. With 23,463 sqm, the project comprises apartments and public constructions. The vista is located in An Phu ward, district 2, 4-6 kilometres from centre city, easily to Hanoi highway and Dong-Tay Avenue under construction. The mixed development project is located in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur Kia Peng Road. Master planned the three tower blocks comprise of private residences, Marriott Executive Apartments, a medical centre and commercial retail facilities. The concept is to create a premier lifestyle and business hub in the prime central business district. Preliminary layout plans for the development will include a “Waterfall” link way. Sky bridges connecting the tower, sky garden and more. We propose unique irregular geometric for the tower as a mean to break the monotony, and allow maximum light, air circulation and residences window view from all sides.

The design concept is to create a Korean “Tong Tong Bo Ju Bang Jang Kitchen”. A modern Korean restaurant. ”Tong Tong Bo” a Korean translation of “chubby people and Ju Bang Jang means chef. Material such as stainless steel, cement screed, display/action kitchen will be showcase as part of the concept throughout the 3-storey. Modern lattice screening is a form to sub-divide the diners. Semi private and private room is designed to meet customer requirements. Table of 4 are able to expand to 10 seat-count. Softscape is introduce to foster the design for the conservation shop-house façade entrance to bring green and river to create an overall relaxing dining experience. A mobile bar is design for the entrance and alfresco dining. If URA/BCA submission permits, a new addition enclosed feature action kitchen at the alfresco to create awareness to draw customer into the restaurant.
