Opening this travel company for me is an opportunity. When I took some foreign friends of mine around Saigon and other cities in Vietnam, I think I like this job more and more. So I started some researches, scheduled tours, created my own website and did a lot of promotions. At the end of 2016, HaHa Tours (our old name, we changed to VN Deluxe Trip from 2020 with improved services) was just like any other startups, small and unknown to anyone. And I can’t forget how thrilled I was when I saw the first customers booking for the “Yummy On Bike” tour, that was on March, 2017. For me, that was not only a tour, but hope, that one day VN Deluxe Trip would be well-known to everyone. Even though we did not include pick-up service, we asked our guests and did it anyway. There stood a girl with 3 bunches of flowers, hoping her customers will be pleased and enjoy every second in Viet Nam, and they did. Me and my guides gave them our enthusiasm, showed them our hospitality and in return, they gave us our first 5 starts review and recommended our tour to their friends. From that day, my guides and I promised to ourselves that we would always treat our customers with love, joy and let them feel like home when we’re around, just like our first guests did! TO-TRAVEL LIST FOR 1 DAY IN SAIGON

You have a short stay in Saigon but don’t know where to go and what to do? No doubt this recommendation will help you out!!

⏰ 8:00 - Saigonese breakfast and coffee are all you need for the morning tide. Banh mi, Pho, Banh Canh, black coffee... these are very easy to be found in every corner of the city at a reasonable price.

⏰9:30 - After that, don’t skip one of the must-visit destinations in Saigon, that’s the War Remnants Museum where you could find yourself sick at heart with the wound of the Vietnam war.

⏰11:30 - It’s lunchtime! Find a local restaurant or maybe a luxury one to enjoy some typical Vietnamese dishes! If the heat burns you out, wait no more to be laid back at a fancy coffee shop.

⏰13:00 - What’s next? There are two options for you. If you are too lazy for the next destinations, no rush, just keep yourself relaxed at the coffee shop. Otherwise, move to the center of the city to check in at the Notre Dame Cathedral & the Central Post Office.

⏰14:00 - Take a few steps to Independence Place which is located very close to the Cathedral.

⏰15:00 - Let’s go shopping at Ben Thanh Market, one of the oldest traditional markets in Vietnam? Located at the heart of the city, this is where you can buy food, souvenirs, clothes,... (please be noted that bargain as much as possible).

⏰16:00 - The Fine Arts Museum is the next recommendation. There, you will not only behold Vietnamese traditional and modern art, but you can also take photos with the French architecture building.

SAIGON WELCOMES THE FIRST PUBLIC BIKE RENTAL SERVICE IN THE DOWNTOWN DISTRICT

🚲 Coming to Saigon these days, you will definitely have a new experience to go around and explore the city thanks to the public bike rental service at a very cheap rate.

🚲 43 bike stations are situated on the sidewalks of many streets and are close to local bus stops, parks, and popular tourist destinations.

🌟 The bicycles are equipped with smart locks, GPS systems, 2G, 3G, and 4G networks, Bluetooth, a distinctive number plate, as well as front baskets and headlights.

👉 You have to download and install the free TNGO app, then make a deposit and rent a bike. The app allows users to locate the nearest station and select the time they would like to rent the bikes.

💸 The cost to rent one is 5,000 VND for 30 minutes, and 10,000 VND for an hour. After paying for the rental, you will be provided with a QR code to unlock a bicycle. Besides, you will be given free-of-charge tickets for their first 15 minutes of bicycle use in the initial stage of this period.
