Do you have a travel question you just can’t get an answer to or one that you are comfortable with? Someone’s bound to come up with a question you haven’t thought of yet. This is an organic group for women who travel and those who would like to travel. This group is focused on dialogue and not a specific sales pitch. In that vein,
it is open to all travel professionals who would like to come out and join in the conversation. You are welcome to bring your business cards, special deals, group ideas and everything to do with travel to show in a passive way and for exposure to what you do. What a great way to meet up with other women who want to get out there and see this beautiful world. This will be a directed open forum format and frequently (at our location networking events) we will invite representatives of cruise lines, airlines, tourist boards, tour companies, fashion people, luggage people etc. to talk to us about the travel services, ideas and products they offer and amazing places they go to. There is so much out there – big, exciting cities to little unknown cultural hide-aways from the glam of Las Vegas or a show at the ‘Met’ in New York City to a cooking lesson in a Tuscan farmhouse or visiting the beautiful herb garden of a lovely lady in Guatemala. We have all read at least a few of the timeless classics and harboured a wish to visit the iconic places from their stories: “Heidi” in the Swiss Alps, “The Man of La Mancha” on the high plateau of central Spain, M.M. Kaye's "The Far Pavillions" in India, “Jamaica Inn” on the moors of Cornwall, “Wuthering Heights”, “Miss Saigon”, “Out of Africa”, – Be still my heart !! - Where is your dream destination? Maybe some other women would like to go there too – what a great adventure. And then there are ships: big ships, small ships, river ships, expedition ships, polar ships, yachts.......

Do you have the perfect travel dress? – I’d love to see that! Some of us are soul searching. Over the years I can’t tell you how many women have told me that they finally found themselves by going away somewhere new. Especially when they have adventured out and done that in a small group with other women. Not that that was the purpose of the trip but just the experience of a totally different environment allows us to get outside our heads and hearts for a little bit and it’s amazing how our thoughts and emotions fall into place and just fit better when we come home. Interesting, stimulating, fun conversation in good and relaxed company. This is a great place to let your imagination run.
