The Peak 9 Inn in Breck is undergoing a major construction project; replacing the exterior facade and all new windows.

The construction started this week and will continue into the fall.

For most of the time, there will be minimal impact on my unit. The work is being done one face of the building at a time. Mine will be the last.

I am looking for people who are interested in multi-week rentals this summer. And I will be giving a really good discount.

Lots of availability at both downtown Breck condos. The "tween" season can be great...places are less crowded, the weather is crisp, and Breck is still Breck...always a great place to visit.
