Starting April 3, 2025, Guests staying at select Disney Resort hotels can take advantage of a game-changing luggage transfer service! 🎉 If you're flying Southwest Airlines out of Orlando International Airport (MCO), you can check your bags right at your hotel and pick them up at baggage claim at your final destination. No need to lug them through the airport! 🙌

✨ How It Works:
1️⃣ Check-in at your Disney Value Resort hotel and visit Luggage Assistance to get started. (Pro tip: Leave your Southwest tags on your bags for a smoother process!)
2️⃣ Check in for your Southwest flight online the day before departure.
3️⃣ Drop off your luggage at Luggage Assistance in the hotel lobby (see drop-off times below! ⏰). Bring a valid photo ID to check your bags.
4️⃣ Head to the airport, skip the check-in line, and enjoy a hassle-free travel day! 🎶✨

🕒 When to Drop Off Your Bags:
✔️ Flying BEFORE 1:00 PM? Drop off your bags by 1:00 AM the night before.
✔️ Flying AFTER 1:00 PM? Drop them off at least 4 hours before departure (or no later than 1:00 PM, whichever comes first).
✔️ Luggage Assistance hours: 5:00 AM – 1:00 AM daily.
