ALL PRICES ARE PLUS A £50 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AS LONG AS THE CARAVAN IS LEFT CLEAN AND TIDY. THIS WILL BE REFUNDED ONCE INSPECTION OF THE CARAVAN IS DONE.

ALL CARAVANS ARE VERY MODERN TOP SPEC SPACIOUS OPEN PLAN 8 BERTH, 3 BEDROOMS, They all have outdoor seating for those warm sunny days.They all have fully equipped kitchens. tvs iron and iron board hoover bedding (just need duvet covers) 2 bathrooms All vans are situated on good sized plots with there own car parking spaces for two cars, The caravans are close to all the site activities and onsite pub, The site is loaded with activities(Bear grylls adventures high ropes segways and more) Also restaurant/pub which has recently been refurbished a children's bar with an arcade and rides and entertainment. Beautiful dog walks ponds and a fishing lake. The site is close to all amenities, arcades, and traditional fish and chip shops, and only 15 minutes stroll to the beach. The site also welcomes dogs with great walks to take them on around the park which are beautiful and scenic.

Please note all payments are none refundable unless agreed. Payment plans available as long as the balance is cleared one week before your holiday.
No date holding deposit secures the date only
Full weeks and long weekends only no few days mid week stays.
Families and couples only, no groups of females/males. same s*x parties.

Dogs are welcome but will require an extra £25 per dog on the deposit.
Taking bookings for next year, if your fully pay by end of 2022 we will give you 20% discount and be given entertainment passes.
