Join us for a unique intercultural afternoon at a senior home in Prague.
This Thursday we will prepare short presentations, share stories, play games and enjoy time together with seniors from across the Czech Republic. A beautiful way to give back and learn something new.

Trade Prague’s streets for forest trails this Sunday! 🌲

Join for a 13 km hike through Kokořínsko - sandstone sculptures, hidden caves, and the famous Devil’s Heads all in one trip. We’ll wrap up with lunch and a quick wander around historic Mělník overlooking the Labe-Vltava confluence. Nature, art, good company. Then back to Prague in time for dinner.

The plan:

🥾 Hike: Klácelka Cave → Devil’s Heads → Snake Relief → Seven Loaves

We’re teaming up with Pohoda charity to run a festive market day at the town’s senior centre, celebrating Pyšely’s 730th birthday. Pitch in with set-up, meet locals, sell handmade crafts that fund Pohoda’s work with adults with mental disabilities, and unwind with a guided castle & grounds tour. History, heart, and good company all in one place. 🏰✨
