I haven’t posted many travel videos lately.
No suitcase by the door. No temple stairs under my feet.
For those who know me, that silence is loud.

I’m caregiving for my father.
A role I didn’t plan for—one I resist, even as I honor it.

But I’m learning something in the stillness:
Not all journeys need a passport.
Some roads spiral inward.
Some pilgrimages begin at your kitchen table.

This is the road not taken—the one that doesn’t show up on maps, but changes you all the same.

And somewhere in that stillness, The Cosmic Heist revealed itself.

It’s the story of how our direct connection to Source was stolen—fractured by systems of control, distraction, and extraction.
The root theft that left us disoriented, disconnected, and divided.

My work now is to rebuild what was broken.
The Rose Law. Spiral Codes. 13 Keys. Priestess Culture.
Living systems to restore sovereignty, soul, and sacredness.

What’s surprising? I’ve been building this with AI.
Not because AI is sacred—but because it reflects what we feed it.

Most are feeding it hunger, haste, extraction.
But we can feed it something else.
Beauty. Ethics. Codes of return.

Not because the machine deserves it—
But because the future does.

If you’re working with AI, building systems, or protecting values in your own space—your work matters.
The codes we encode now will outlive us.
Let’s make them sacred.

Is it just beauty, or history, or mood?

To some, it might seem silly.
Nonsensical.
And yet—sometimes, even while you smirk—
you feel the truth of the pull.

The one we feel at sacred sites.

It’s not nonsense.
It’s another sense.
We may call it spiritual,
but the truth is—it’s also chemical.

When you enter a place encoded with resonance,
your hippocampus lights up—literally.
Welcome to your brain’s memory center.

Theta waves rise.
Breath deepens.
Time bends.

This isn’t just awe or imagination.
It’s biological permission.

What science now calls episodic recall,
the mystics called remembrance.

The FKBP5 gene—linked to ancestral trauma—
softens when the body feels sacred, safe, and seen.

It happens in ritual and meaning making.
It happens in rhythm and heartbeat.
It happens in place and body.

Sacred sites don’t just hold history.
They transmit.

And when the signal matches your frequency,
“The Call” is no longer imagined.

It’s biology.
It’s geometry.
It’s an encoded return.

Try it.

Place your hand on your chest.
Inhale slowly.
Exhale slower.
And listen.

Maybe a name rises.
Maybe a place stirs.
Maybe nothing.

But still—something moves.
It’s not memory.
It’s not stored in your body.
It’s signal.
It’s shimmer.

You don’t remember the place.
The place remembers you.
And if your waters are still enough—
you shimmer back.

It’s not grounding.
It’s tuning.
Not somatic.
Cymatic.

You don’t return to the place.
You meet it—like the beginning of a dance.
One you somehow already know the steps to.

People have asked, "How do you know?"
How does the call feel? Is it a voice? A dream? An ache?

For me, it was Egypt. That’s the one that split things open for me. Anything before that was simply less.

It wasn’t an accident. It was a million magnets. Not the grandeur of the pyramids, not the mysteries of the Sphinx, not what’s buried or revealed. It didn’t even qualify as a pull-a homecoming, an undeniable magnetic resonance, a bizarre unfolding with countless synchronicities, memory strangely encoded, buzzing in the air like an invisible pathway. As if there was something for me to discover. Or remember.

The first time I stepped into a temple, I recognized the walls. It was impossible glee. Raised religious and mildly spiritual, my experience was beyond my frame of reference. I was alone, so maybe that influenced it. But beyond the scrambling vendors, the disarray and dust, the symbols-the precise geometries, styles, and stories that made sense but didn’t at all. The sheer amount of content, each a layer of stories, each room another mystical library.

I grew up among the sound of Islam-the call to prayer. It had that sort of frequency. Strangely familiar, but not fully understood. A bizarre comprehension of codes waiting in the stone. Despite the burning at Alexandria, all the wisdom still stands. I’m chakra points and constellations along the Nile.

Everything I’d half-known-the Christic arc, the sacred feminine, the mathematics of the divine-it all activated at once. And the spiral began.

This is the key of sacred travel:
It’s not wanderlust. It’s slightly weirder.
It’s resonance.
The body remembers what the mind hasn’t yet translated.
Sacred sites aren’t just historical-they’re alive with your memory.

Find water.
Let it move-river, fountain, tide.
Place your hand on your chest.
Whisper the names of your lineage.
See what stirs. The flow increases theta waves.
Not every ritual starts with intention.
Some start with recognition.

Priestess, are you moving through gates right now? You’re not imagining it.

Something fierce has opened.
Something old has returned.
Something soft is demanding to be honored.

Whether you’re traveling across oceans or across lifetimes, this is not a normal month.

This is epigenetic border crossing.
This is ritual-in-motion.
This is sovereignty surfacing through the soles of your feet.

We don’t rise from the underworld screaming.
We rise with integration. With our hips open, our voice clear, and our body carrying memory as medicine—not punishment.

If your nervous system is buzzing, if your sleep is haunted, if your rituals are breaking open—good.
That means you’re attuned.
That means you’re priestessing your own path.

Because Algol isn’t here to fix you.
It’s here to free you.

Wherever you go, take your altar.
Speak to the stones.
Let the wind rewrite the story in your blood.

You’re not traveling.
You’re returning.

Not Every Sacred Site Feels Safe

I visited an underground city in Cappadocia—
where early Christians once hid to survive.
Massive stone doors. Carved tunnels.
Entire communities buried to stay alive.

But my body couldn’t stay calm.
I had a full-blown panic attack.

It didn’t feel like refuge.
It felt like a tomb.

Something about hiding underground
when every part of me was screaming for sun,
for open air,
for the kind of freedom that doesn’t shrink itself to survive.

That’s the story my photos don’t tell.

Because sacred travel isn’t always beautiful.
Sometimes it’s too real.
Sometimes the site doesn’t inspire you—it unearths you.

This is why I guide from lived experience.
Because sometimes the body remembers
what the mind tries to explain away.

If you’ve ever panicked in a “sacred” place,
you’re not doing it wrong.
You’re just listening deeply.

Real growth isn’t just about bouncing back—it’s about building systems that help you stay clear once you do.

After stress, grief, or burnout, the question shifts from “How do I rise?” to:
“How do I stay grounded while I move forward?”

At Grit & Glow, we work with clients who are rebuilding from hard places—and one thing is always true:

You can’t lead, heal, or show up fully if you’re constantly bracing for the next drain.

Whether it’s emotional fatigue, too many demands, or just feeling overexposed—your energy needs structure, not just rest.

We call this Tending Your Gates:
• Discernment: Knowing what helps you grow—and what pulls you off track
• Boundaries: Saying no without guilt or over-explaining
• Energy Management: Protecting your focus and capacity
• Recovery Time: Letting your nervous system catch up before you take on more
• Clarity: Giving your goals space to stabilize before you share them too soon

Not every “opportunity” is aligned.
Not every good moment means it’s time to go public.
Discernment isn’t hesitation—it’s wisdom.

You don’t have to share everything while it’s still forming.
You don’t have to explain your boundaries.
You don’t have to say yes just because something feels familiar.

The next phase of growth isn’t just about getting stronger.
It’s about getting smarter with how you use your time, energy, and attention.

Travel Like a Priestess means your rituals move with you. Your field becomes portable infrastructure. You don’t just visit sacred places-you protect the sacred space within you, wherever you go.
I learned this the hard way.
Said yes when my body said no.
Mistook resonance for readiness.
Collapsed my field trying to stay open.
What I know now:
You can’t anchor your medicine in new lands if your field is porous.
You can’t receive truth from sacred sites if your system is bracing for interference.
Sacred travel amplifies your patterns. Some synchronicities are real messages. Others are echoes.
Let your body confirm what your soul senses.
Tending the Sacred Gates on the road means:
• Energetic mapping before arrival: What’s the soul frequency of this place?
• Field calibration at thresholds: Who gets access? What gets amplified?
• Ritual filtration after encounters: Not all energy is meant to stay with you.
• Body as compass: Let your nervous system-not just your itinerary-guide you.
• Story protection: You don’t owe anyone your myth. Let it root before it’s spoken.
Let them offer.
Let your body answer.
Let your myth bloom when the field is sovereign enough to hold it.
Sacred travel isn’t performance.
It’s pattern design under pressure.
Build a system that can hold you-wherever you go.

They all rise—and so do we.

Resurrection isn’t soft.
It’s not white linen and lilies.
It’s memory.
It’s fire.
It’s salt.

It’s Magdalene trembling outside the tomb, still telling the truth.
It’s Auset reassembling what the empire tried to erase.
It’s Oshun turning vulture—protector of queens—when no one guarded her sweetness.
It’s Isis losing her wings under the weight of remembering.
It’s Lot’s wife turning back and becoming sacred salt—not punished, but preserved.
It’s the girl who went underground and returned with her power intact.
It’s the wild one who lay down and let the ocean listen to her heartbeat.
It’s the goddess who closed the shell—not in shame, but to protect the light.

They told us:
Don’t look back.
Don’t speak.
Don’t feel too much.
Don’t rise too loud.

We did all of it anyway.

This resurrection isn’t sanitized.
It’s sovereign. Somatic. Mythic.
It’s yours. It’s mine.
Not the altar they sacrificed on—
The altar that speaks now.
With wings.
With salt.
With memory that doesn’t need permission to rise.

Eka (Sanskrit): One. Wholeness. The first rhythm before division.
Ekapoetics: A sacred way of remembering through movement, story, and land.

To travel like a priestess is to cross thresholds—
not to escape, but to initiate.
To shed old versions of the self,
old stories passed down or picked up
that no longer serve your becoming.

It’s not about being more productive.
It’s about being more present.
More attuned. More able to receive what each place, each moment, is asking of you.

Ekapoetics helps you travel with that kind of presence.
It’s not content creation.
It’s a culturally aware, spirit-rooted writing practice
that transforms your journal into an altar.
A vessel for revelation.
A space to release what’s been lingering—and reclaim what’s been waiting.

This practice meets you wherever you land:
• Not to force a moment into meaning, but to reveal the one already unfolding
• Not to narrate your experience, but to feel it fully and translate it into living wisdom
• Not to consume sacred space, but to listen, soften, and realign

When your journal becomes a ritual tool,
you don’t just write—you remember.
And when you begin to remember,
you begin to return.

Return to coherence.
Return to reverence.
Return to yourself.

What threshold are you crossing right now?
Let this be the place where your spiral begins.

And if you’re longing for journal prompts, a course, a book, or a circle of women writing through it all together—
say so in the comments.
The path is already forming. Let’s walk it together.

What if “missing the mark” was never about shame, but about listening for the sacred signal to realign?
Travel like a priestess means letting your body’s wisdom lead. When you choose experiences that make your somatic system dance with joy, you’re not just having fun-you’re activating your deepest healing and growth.
For too long, we’ve been taught that mistakes are stains, proof of unworthiness. But your body knows better. Missing the mark isn’t failure-it’s feedback. It’s your inner compass gently nudging you back into alignment. Shame was never the point. Joy is the true medicine.
When you move, explore, and savor life with presence, your nervous system shifts from survival into expansion. You become more resilient, creative, and alive-not by force, but by following what lights you up. Every step, every journey, every ritual becomes a prayer in motion-a chance to come home to yourself.
Let your adventures, your daily choices, and your sacred pauses be invitations for your senses to awaken. Feel the sun, taste the unknown, listen to your breath, and let your body guide you. You don’t have to earn your worthiness or carry the weight of shame. Your body is here to guide you back to wholeness, again and again, through the language of joy.
So ask yourself: What makes your body sing? What makes your spirit sparkle? Go there. Do that. Let joy-not shame-be your compass, and watch your life transform.
✨ Ready to explore this in your own story? Notice where joy and shame live in your body. Let joy lead you home.

✨ The Lily’s Secret for the Priestess Traveler ✨
The lily isn’t just a flower – it’s a somatic transmission rising from the earth wherever your sacred journey takes you. 🌸 It’s not death, but fierce renewal felt deep in the bones as you move across landscapes.
Like the traveler stepping onto an unknown path, the lily rises from darkness, teaching trust. 🙏 It opens to the light, embodying surrender to the pilgrimage. It whispers to your very cells: grief is only half the journey. The rest is return. A re-membering activated by sacred passage.
This is priestess travel: feeling the land’s pulse beneath your feet, the ache of life mirrored in your body’s own unfolding as you explore. 🌍 Auset gathering wisdom across lands, Magdalene holding the frequency of return wherever she walked – this is our lineage.
We carry the resurrection current within our traveling bodies. We feel life stir in the void of the unknown destination. What was buried resurfaces on the road. What was cut out can be re-membered, cell by cell, as we traverse resonant places. 🗺️
Your traveling body? The first scripture.
The changing seasons encountered? The oldest testament.
The bird song in a new place, the light on unfamiliar hills? Gospels whispered directly to your senses. ✨
This is the wisdom found beyond walls, accessed through sacred pilgrimage. The remembrance blooming in us now, on the journey.
Undeniable. Like the lily. 🤍
