**edit** Event is on Tuesday the 18th.

Mark your calendars! This fantastic project is nearing completion, and we will open the new ATV/UTV trailhead parking lot to the public on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at 10:00 AM.

The new trailhead is located on the southeast corner of Silverceek Rd at the intersection of Bullhead Parkway. The trailhead acts as a gateway to Bullhead City from the Arizona Peace Trail.

OHV enthusiasts will be able to tow and unload their vehicles at the parking lot before adventuring on the designated OHV trails of Arizona. This Amenity is an excellent addition for our local OHV riders, who typically park in the same area just off the edge of Silvercreek Rd. Now, they'll be able to park in a paved and monitored parking area.

The project is primarily paid for by a grant from Arizona State Parks and Trails, to promote outdoor adventure activities, safety, and awareness of our great desert amenities.

We are looking for snowbirds. We own a home in Bullhead Arizona.
3 miles from Laughlin casinos and 3 miles from lake Mohave.

We typically do short term rentals during high season but from November - March we prefer Snowbirds. During those months we will allow single month rental or multiple month rental. We are not picky but we prefer respectful kind guests. Someone who will take good care of our home and treat it as their own.
