🌟 Celestial Park – A dreamy, cosmic park-within-a-park right at the heart of it all.

The photo and video ban was lifted this weekend, and as much as I want to be surprised… I cannot look away. The content coming out of Epic Universe is everywhere - and honestly? It’s dare I say… epic.

My family and I watched How to Train Your Dragon for the first time last week (I know! 🫣 I don’t know what took us so long!). Now I’m even more excited for this land! Can’t wait to meet Toothless when Epic Universe opens.

🏃‍♀️✨ Marathon Weekend 2026 Registration Opens TODAY! ✨🏃‍♀️

How is it already that time again?! If you’re planning to run during Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend 2026, registration opens at 10 AM EST and if you’ve done this before, you know it’s intense!

Here’s how to maximize your chances of snagging a spot:

✅ Set up your runDisney account in advance.

✅ Have all your info ready (including for anyone you’re registering!).

✅ Be ready to join the queue about 30 min early on multiple devices. I’ve had multiple browsers on my laptop, phone, and iPad all going at once!

✅ Proof of time (POT) can be submitted later. Focus on getting registered first!

✅ Refresh your coffee… it’s go time! ☕

🦍 DONKEY KONG COUNTRY – A brand-new land where you can explore the jungle, meet Donkey Kong, and ride Mine-Cart Madness, a next-level coaster that actually jumps the track!

🏎️ MARIO KART: BOWSER’S CHALLENGE – Throw shells, collect coins, and race through an epic battle against Team Bowser.

🥚 YOSHI’S ADVENTURE – A fun, family-friendly ride hunting for glowing eggs. The little ones will love it!

📸 PHOTO OPS GALORE – Step through the iconic green pipe into Princess Peach’s Castle for a jaw-dropping first look at Super Nintendo World. Plus, meet Mario, Luigi, Peach, Toad, and Donkey Kong himself!

Day 4 started with an early morning at Islands of Adventure where we rope dropped Hagrid’s during early park entry. We squeezed in a few more rides and grabbed some last Mardi Gras food and drinks before heading to Coronado Springs for the night. There we had some pool time (a first for us as a group!) at the Dig Site. I spent the evening at EPCOT checking out some of the topiaries set up for Flower & Garden.

Day 5 started with a slower morning before I going to Magic Kingdom after park opening. I rode a couple of must-dos and met up with a friend until it was time to go to the airport!

Another amazing agency meeting is in the books!

08/03/2025

Day 3 started with resort tours at the BRAND NEW Stella Nova Resort - where I even got a peek at Epic Universe on the bus and from one of the rooms! I also toured Royal Pacific Resort and Portofino Bay Hotel, exploring the rooms, hotel grounds, and their incredible pools. Plus, I got an inside look at Club Level at both Royal Pacific and Portofino Bay. It was the perfect reminder of why I LOVE a Universal Orlando vacation!

After that, we headed straight to Universal Studios to enjoy some Mardi Gras treats, drinks, and, of course, rides - including one last ride on Rip Ride Rockit before it closes 😢

We wrapped up the evening with dinner at Cowfish, and as always, it did not disappoint!

Day 2 of our Fantastical Vacations annual meeting was full of learning and fun!

We spent most of the day at Royal Pacific Resort, hearing from Universal, our fearless leaders Dan & Leslie, and other amazing leaders on our team. There’s always so much to take in, and I leave feeling so inspired and ready to put it all into action!

After the meetings, we walked over to CityWalk for dinner at NBC Grill, checked out the Mardi Gras vibes at Cursed Coconut Club, and ended the night with drinks at Swizzle Lounge at Cabana Bay!

Day 1 started bright and early with the first flight out of Charlotte, landing in Orlando by 8:45 AM! I checked into Cabana Bay Beach Resort and got a look at our Family Suite before we headed straight to Islands of Adventure. First stop: Green Eggs and Ham Cafe for some tots then margaritas at Backwater Bar. Then we kicked off the trip in the best way possible - a ride on VelociCoaster!

After a quick break at the room, we made our way to Universal Studios for the Mardi Gras parade - beads for days! We ended the night with dinner at Hard Rock Cafe, where a special guest made an appearance. Such a great first day!

Got home yesterday from my fifth Fantastical Vacations Annual Meeting, and as always, I’m coming back inspired, energized, and ready to make magic for my clients!

This year’s meeting was at Universal Orlando, where we dove into training, explored some incredible resorts, including the brand new Stella Nova Resort, and, of course, spent time with some of the most amazing people.

These meetings aren’t just about learning and having fun (though there’s plenty of that!). They’re about staying ahead of the latest travel trends, experiencing destinations firsthand, and building relationships that make us better advisors for YOU.

✨🪄The wand chooses the wizard, you know, and everything about visiting The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is like stepping straight into the movies and books - even the wands! Here are a few helpful tips for aspiring wizards to know before hitting these areas of both parks:

🪄⚡ Interactive vs Standard Wands: Not all wands are created equally so be sure to choose wisely based on what you want to do. Interactive wands are pricier but there are lots of spell locations throughout both parks (marked by medallions on the ground) where you can put your wizarding skills to the test.

Ollivanders Wand Shop: For the serious fans, this is a special place. Small groups are taken into the shop and a lucky one will be chosen to go through a wand selection. Even if you aren’t chosen, you will find wands for all the beloved (and villainous) characters. 🐍⚡

🗺️🪄 Spell Locations: There are more than 20 areas through the Wizarding World where you can test out your skills with an interactive wand, which comes with a map of spell locations. A word of warning, many of these are tough to get just right 😅 so don’t get discouraged. There are usually Team Members around to help if you need a little extra assistance.
