Ingredients: Crab, coconut milk, curry leaves, garlic, onion, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, mustard seeds, and green chilies.
Cooking Process: Sauté onions, garlic, ginger, and spices until fragrant. Add crab and cook until slightly browned. Pour in coconut milk and let it simmer, allowing the flavors to meld and the crab to soak up all the goodness. Serve hot!
