We traveled to the San Juan Islands this last weekend and we had the most amazing time!!! Please follow my adventures on my new tick tock account at bandonandbeyondtravelco! We took a bicycling tour around the islands and ended up bicycling 25 miles through the most gorgeous scenery and stopping at all the beautiful lookouts along the way! I tried my first taste of Lavender ice cream and lemonade and I'm sold! The taste was so unique and refreshing.

Friday Harbor is seriously the most adorable island town, it over looks the marina and I loved trying all thier amazing seafood! Geoffrey and I wanted to experience the water but we didn't want to be in a crowded tour boat, so we took a three hour private sailing cruise with Captain David Howitt. He is a very experienced sailor who grew up sailing in England and in the Mediterranean Sea. He now lives on San Juan Island with his beautiful wife and little girl who loves to sail aswell! We would absolutely sail with him again and I recommend him to anyone who wants the true San Juan Island experience and to be treated like a local. Geoffrey even got to drive the boat the end and he was so stoked!

Intrepid Travel was the company we used for this trip and we couldn't be more happier with the friends and experiences we made along the way! We are so sad we had to leave but we are excited to see where we travel next!

In the middle of June my husband and I will be exploring the beautiful San Juan Islands off the Washington coast! We will be taking a ferry over and bicycling around the whole island and exploring all the different activities these islands have to offer! I will also be able to get some travel agent training while we are there and I'm so excited to just keep learning more and more! This is my absolute dream job and I'm so excited to have you all experience these trips I will be selling!

I hope we get to see some Orcas while we are there!🤞
