📍 zen section is such a special ambiance, and one i take full advantage of during every visit.

the rosewood bridges are stunning, as are the pools. while most people are enjoying the ocean views in the ambassador or grand class sections, i find refuge in this quiet little slice of heaven. last year, we saw monkeys. this year, a deer!

shoutout to our new favorite, oscar, for being so attentive and taking such great care of us.

this is old san juan, puerto rico! 🇵🇷

i just loved roaming the streets of this quaint town. its full of history and charm at every turn, from beautiful colored buildings to cobblestone streets.

swipe to the end to see the stunning stained glass window in the catedral metropolitana basílica de san juan bautista, the oldest cathedral in the us and one of the oldest buildings in both puerto rico and the americas.

i loved visiting medersa ben youssef + the bahia palace in marrakech.

medersa ben youssef is an architectural treasure in the heart of the old medina. it was built in 1564 and the preservation and restoration is nothing short of amazing.

the bahia palace was built to symbolize the wealth and power of the moroccan sultans and has stunning architecture, intricate tilework, lush gardens, and beautiful courtyards.

highly recommend visiting both sites. they are incredibly crowded with tourists, so best to go early in the day!

🇲🇦 in marrakech, we stayed at the lovely , an adults only paradise close to the sights.

the architecture is stunning and i loved all the local art sprinkled throughout the property.

it has a spectacular pool and outdoor areas, delicious restaurants, and much to my surprise, the riad offers an all-inclusive package. (a lot of europeans were on holiday enjoying the pool and sunshine – holy lobster sunburns!)

would definitely stay here again! 🤍

🇲🇦 we had one full day to sightsee in and around casablanca. after visiting the beautiful hassan ii mosque, we rode a little over an hour to the capital city of rabat.

highlights:
• kasbah oudaya
• mohammed v mausoleum
• andalusian garden

vibrant colors, intricate details, and beautiful designs greet you at every corner – from colorful tiles and ornate doors to beautifully engraved arabic script.

_

tip: the city streets are inundated with taxis, scooters, pedestrians, and horse drawn carriages in all directions. i recommend hiring a driver throughout your moroccan adventure. shoutout to and jamal for keeping our drives safe and calm despite the chaos around us!

first stop on my trip to morocco: casablanca! 🇲🇦

a highlight was visiting the hassan ii mosque – the second largest mosque in africa and home to the second tallest minaret in the world.

with all the intricate and beautiful details, its hard to believe the beauty was built in just six years.

definitely worth a visit if you find yourself in casablanca.

ladies, no need to pack a head scarf if you are not muslim.

went to tulum a few days early, before my conference started, for a quick solo vacay to get zen at .

stayed in a tented hut, took showers outdoors, woke up to gorgeous sunsets, soaked in nature, got a 90-minute massage, and ate delicious and healthy food.

highly recommend taking a little me time to breathe slowly and relax. 🤍
