Orca at Tiumpanhead!

I never have the patience myself, but thanks to local , super spotter Steve Dodd, I don't have to!

Tiumpanhead Lighthouse is but as 10 minute saunter up the hill where these beauties can be seen! We have a beautiful, cosy cabin, nestled in the trees and across from Loch an t-Siumpan.

Ominous skies this morning! Its meant to be a bit windy this weekend! If you are having travelling issues, we have availability over the next couple of weeks if anyone is looking for last minute accommodation. We are dog friendly too.

Jeepers! What a day and evening! Our uninvited pals the midgies are out in force...swines! However so pretty and calm. We hope it lasts for our next visitors! It really DOES make all the difference when there's a bit of warmth in the air.

The Blue Coop in Shulishader Honesty box. En route to Hygge Hebrides. Fresh eggs in for guests at Hygge Hebrides. They have a QR code for payments which is so handy. Great selection of baking, puddings, jam and wonderful eggs (have we mentioned them? 🤣)

Limited stock in the box this weekend due to have to get a new roof on our shed!

Turn the volume up! What a glorious day here at Hygge Hebrides! Even a bit of warmth in the sun! Hygge Hunds walked up to Tiumpanhead Lighthouse and happy, and all the birds sound delighted! Must be hearing about 20 different kinds of song and "shout outs"!

There is still availability in April for bookings. 2 night minimum. Up to 2 well behaved furry pals welcome also. 🐶🐕
