We are looking to fill our Autumn and Winter Calendar ( including Christmas & New Year ) , could Haviland cottage be your perfect break ?

It is a stunning and historical cottage ( a former coach house ) totally restored to high quality levels with limestone flooring on the whole of the large ground floor . Fabulous conservatory / dinning room and many outside terraces ideal for alfresco dining ( complete with gas fired BBQ) situated in Bonchurch ( near Ventnor ) just 600m walk to the coast.
Haviland Cottage has everything you need for a great family holiday and is extremely dog welcoming.
You can cycle or walk along the island coastal cycle path, with stunning views
There are plenty of shops, pubs, restaurants and dog-friendly cafes in the local area
We are also perfectly placed for the numerous island tourist attractions including many in the Area of outstanding Natural Beauty.
Our beautiful cottage benefits from

🛌 three spacious double rooms with garden or views of Saint Boniface Down ( the highest point on the island ) plus a ground floor garden bedroom . We sleep 7 people plus baby in a travel cot

🚙 Private off road parking for two cars and EV charger available at £30 per week
🥘 Fully equipped kitchen with many appliances
🛀 3 bathrooms ( 1 en-suite ) and one on the ground floor
🛁 5 seater whirlpool bath with massage jet therapy , mood lighting, Bluetooth speakers and waterfall
🐕 3 dogs of any size - who get their own dog snug complete with day bed , smart tv and direct access to one of our large secure gardens
🍻 Several pubs and restaurants within walking distance the closest The Bonchurch Inn, judged best on the Island by The Times

We purchased Haviland Cottage in July 2019 , and set about refurbishing it as a luxury , dog friendly holiday let on the outskirts of Ventnor & Bonchurch on the Isle of Wight . We installed new floors , carpets, plantation shutters , heating & lighting as well as giving it a thorough refresh and installing high quality ( if slightly quirky ) furniture .

We have six Golden Retrievers ourselves , so wanted a property with large secure gardens ( there is over 1/2 acre ) , and close to coastal walks , beaches and walks across the downs. Haviland ticks all these boxes .

We were ready to start letting the Cottage out in March 2020, however the lockdown meant that early bookings had to be cancelled or postponed . We finally opened for business on 4th July 2020 , and all six guests that have stayed with us , have left wonderful reviews which can be viewed on the web-site . As an illustration our guests from last week left this review
