I had heard poor things about the Snow White movie. I also thought it may be dark based on the trailer.
Well that's not the case!!! So glad I listened to my friend who said it was great! Please go see this movie. It was such a hit with my girls. It was not too scary or dark. I almost think the old school one is scarier. We had the best time and they all want to see it again. A great way to spend time together on Spring break!

May I suggest going and seeing it at M-F Drive IN Theater!!

You'll have a BLAST!

I consider myself a slight jokester and I can usually spot a good April Fool's Joke a mile away. Well let me tell you I'm losing my mojo because I fell for no less than 5 April Fools posts yesterday.

When I was a kid I lived for April Fools! I even tried to convince everyone it was a month long since it never said "which day in April it was" (even though it was clearly marked on the Calendar.) I used to take those mini bags of Doritos that are for lunch, take out the chips, fill it with something else and glue it shut. I loved fake gum, whoopie cushions, Plastic Dog poo, hand buzzers...the works!!

Anyways thank you to all who gave me a slight heart attack and upper lip sweat yesterday!! I am now on guard. HAPPY APRIL!!!

When visiting Mexico, should you tip in pesos or USD?
Consider this: Not everyone in Mexico (actually very, very few people) have a USD account to deposit money into. Banks do not exchange currency for anyone who does not have an account there. Bring pesos if you can - they'll be appreciated by the local staff!

Hey Team Landen Your Adventure!!

I really want to address this because I love to be open and honest in all that I do! It is NOT a common practice to wire your Travel Advisor funds! If this is something that a TA is having you do then RUN!!! I never am directly paid by you the client to then pay a vendor. NEVER NEVER EVER!!

You always authorize every transaction and it goes DIRECTLY to the vendor!! Every.single.time. Even in cases where you pay a travel fee that goes to my agency first before I ever have a piece of it! (Which btw is not 100%.)

I share this because I take my job extremely seriously and I don't like the picture that this paints. This is a terrible person who did a terrible thing to innocent people. Embezzling money is so terrible and it happens in all kinds of ways. Please don't worry that me or another Travel Advisor that you may be using is abusing you in this way. Your trust is my second highest priority. My first is time with my family, which I'm not always good at implementing. 😂
