Have you been inside the historic Abbey in Culross?

The Abbey ruins date all the way back to the 1200s and were once home to a community of monks. Tucked into the hillside above Culross, the Abbey church is still in use today but most of the monastery didn’t survive the Reformation.

It’s a stunning place to explore, with peaceful surroundings and some incredible views over the Forth on a clear day. Well worth the wee walk up the hill!

Cheers to Burns Night! 🥃

Did you know Dunfermline Carnegie Library & Galleries is home to a statue of Tam O'Shanter? Carved back in 1823 by Robert Forrest, Tam sits in the gardens alongside his pal, Souter Johnnie, bringing a little bit of Burns' history to the city.

If you're in Dunfermline this weekend, make sure to pop by and take a look, after enjoying some haggis, neeps and tatties of course!🍴
