Travel with Trina We are a full service travel agency excited to help you plan your perfect trip! Hi! I’m Trina and I live in north Georgia with my teen son.

I’m a details girl, so I’m happy to help with everything from finding the best glacier for dog sledding in Alaska, to the most delicious shrimp trucks on the North Shore of O’ahu, and even how to see Rome in a day! Some of my favorite trips to help plan are honeymoons and anniversaries, group travel, European trips, Disney Cruises, as well as those unique and exciting destinations! Ever heard of t

he Azores Islands?! While 2020 wasn’t what anyone was expecting, I was still able to travel to Las Vegas, Aruba, Costa Rica and Walt Disney World! I can’t wait to see where 2021 takes me! The travel industry is constantly changing and we have to be on top of things to provide you with the most up to date information. I regularly meet with suppliers and tourism boards, take webinars, AND I travel to destinations that I love to book! Milos is home to some absolutely amazing and truly unique beaches that I’ll share photos of soon but I think we found my favorite!! It’s tiny, beautiful and the water is so clear that you can see my nail polish!! 😂 it’s not the “traditional” beach we see tend to think of, but it’s unique and it was love at first sight for me! No powdery sand but let me tell you a secret, I hate powdery sand 🤣

Today we said goodbye to the incredible island of Sifnos and said hello to Milos. I’m not gonna lie, I rearranged our whole itinerary so that we could stay at this particular hotel. I’ll post the full room later but just look at this view!! The hotel has 8 suites. Yes, eight and it’s absolutely incredible!!

A little into on Sifnos: Sifnos is best known for their pottery and cooking in clay pots. I’ve seen the local pottery and it is amazing and I’m hoping to get some shipped to the States because homegirl travels with a carryon only 😂 but what better souvenir than a handmade piece of pottery made right here in Greece?!?

Cooking in clay pots: Sifnos has gained the reputation of being a “foodie island” and that’s what caught my attention. Yesterday, we took a cooking class with the LAST professional farm owner on the island and to say it exceeded expectations is an understatement. He prepares food in the traditional “sifnos” way and holy cow!

First full day in Sifnos was a day unlike any other! We found our way to the spectacular Church of the Seven Martyrs! The church wasn’t open as it’s usually closed unless there is a pilgrimage but there are no words to describe the walk to get to it and just experiencing it in person. The Greek isles are jam packed with churches and monasteries but this one felt different for sure. Religious or not, this is a sight to behold!

Have you ever been to a n**e beach in Greece? I have and it was completely by accident 😂 I suppose I can ✅ it off the ole bucket list now 🤣

But seriously, most of the world is much less inhibited than we are and absolutely do not mind being n**e in front of strangers. Small, large and all sizes in between are completely comfortable sunbathing n**e and I absolutely admire that they are completely comfortable with their bodies enough to be so free. 🇬🇷

So this trip has been full of changes already. Delayed flight, missed flight and now our fishing/boating trip has been cancelled due to the vessel being damaged in a recent storm. Were we disappointed? Sure, because we had chosen those flight times to get to Paros as early as possible and were really looking forward to our boating trip. However, we are insanely flexible and if you know me at all, I do my research 😂 so we rented a car which I highly recommend and took a day trip to the sister island of Antiparos. This island has 1200 permanent residents and it is stunning! Beautiful beaches, olive groves, old churches galore and absolutely so peaceful. 10/10

Well I had planned to post a plane selfie wearing my cute new shirt, but as we know things rarely go as planned. Our flight to Athens has been delayed by 4 hours due to maintenance issues and they’re “hoping” an aircraft will be here in the next hour. While we would love to be on a plane en route to Greece, we are in good spirits and hope to be on a plane soon 😊 ✈️ 🇬🇷 so here’s an airport selfie in said cute new shirt 🤣
