As Christmas approaches, Carrani Tours wanted to thank and celebrate with our team and all collaborators for a year that, despite challenges, turned out to be extraordinarily successful! 🌟

To leap back in time, we chose a fascinating theme: the "roaring twenties", an era that reflects the style and the pioneering spirit of Carrani Tours, which began almost a century ago. 🎷🎩

The evening was a triumph of Belle Epoque style and fun, a real plunge into the past that evoked the spirit and vitality of that historical period. The perfect atmosphere to celebrate our achievements!

Day #3 of the Carrani Team Building: Truffle Hunting, Alba Delights, and Barolo Wine!

Today, our team embarked on an intriguing journey into the world of white truffles. We engaged in an exciting truffle hunt near Alba, accompanied by a delightful forest picnic. As we ventured through the woods, we discovered the hidden treasures of these aromatic delicacies.

Next, we strolled through the streets of Alba, known as the world capital of white truffles. We delighted in the abundance of gourmet delights, exploring local delicatessens and indulging in culinary treasures. The anticipation of the upcoming festive season added an extra touch of excitement to our culinary discoveries.

Continuing our exploration of the Langhe region, we couldn’t miss the opportunity to delve into the world of another renowned ambassador: Barolo wine! We visited the ancient Sordo Winewinery, where Barolo has been crafted using traditional methods for over a century. We immersed ourselves in the winemaking process and indulged in a tasting that revealed the complexity and excellence of this Italian masterpiece.

To conclude this fantastic Team Building experience, we gathered for a memorable dinner at the Michelin-starred restaurant within the Relais Sant'Uffizio - Wellness & SPA. The culinary delights prepared by talented chefs delighted our senses, providing a fitting finale to our extraordinary journey.

As the Carrani Team Building adventure draws to a close, we reflect on the incredible experiences, bondings, and discoveries we’ve shared. This journey has been truly transformative, leaving us inspired and ready to take on new challenges. Day #2 of the Carrani Team Building: Exploring Turin’s Treasures! Today, we visited the iconic “Mole Antonelliana,” home to the . We immersed ourselves in the fascinating history of film and had the chance to explore the captivating exhibition on “The World of Tim Burton.” The view from the dome was breathtaking!
Afterward, our team honed our culinary skills at the cooking school, preparing and savoring traditional Piedmontese dishes. We then enjoyed some well-deserved relaxation at the luxurious Relais Sant'Uffizio - Wellness & SPA. Another incredible day filled with inspiration and ideas!
